1. Purpose
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which facilitators deliver workshops, classes, or demonstrations (“Workshops”) under the Slow Fashion Hub (SFH) banner, operated by To the Power of You Pty Ltd. The purpose is to ensure clarity, transparency, and safety in how workshops are managed, promoted, and delivered.
2. Scope of Engagement

When the workshop is held at a venue organised or booked by SFH, the facilitator will be covered under SFH’s public liability insurance for the duration of the event.
Privately Organised Venues:
If the facilitator hosts the workshop at their own venue or arranges a private location, they must hold their own public liability insurance and assume full responsibility for participant and premises safety.
SFH accepts no liability for incidents or claims arising from workshops held in venues not arranged or endorsed by SFH.
4. Legal, Compliance & Eligibility Requirements
To maintain a safe and lawful environment for all participants, facilitators must meet the following requirements before commencing any workshop under the Slow Fashion Hub banner:

All advertised prices include venue, marketing, facilitator’s fee and booking management commissions.
The advertised pricing will be calculated at a flat rate of $35/hr per participant, regardless of group size.
The SFH reserves the right to restrict the group size if it deems the appropriate level of supervision and assistance can not be delivered by the facilitator’s staffing numbers.
Facilitators may include additional charges for materials or consumables required for their specific workshops. These costs must be communicated to SFH in advance for inclusion in the advertised listing.
