Booking Terms and Conditions

By paying your deposit, you confirm your place on the Slow Fashion Hub x Urvara India Textile Tour and agree to the following:

1. Deposit is Non-Refundable.

2. Role of the Slow Fashion Hub

-The Slow Fashion Hub is acting as a facilitator of this tour in partnership with Urvara.

-Local tour operations and logistics in India are managed by Urvara and its representatives.

3. Travel & Insurance

-You are responsible for arranging your own international flights to and from India.

-Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical, accident, and cancellation cover) is strongly recommended and remains your responsibility.

4. Health & Safety

-You agree that participation in the tour is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

-You are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and safety while travelling.

5. Liability

-The Slow Fashion Hub and its representatives are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or expenses (including but not limited to medical costs, additional travel expenses, or costs arising from cancellations) incurred during travel or while in India, whether during company-organized activities or independent activities undertaken by participants, except where prohibited by law. This includes incidents caused by third-party services (e.g., hotels, transportation providers, or local guides), participant negligence, or force majeure events, such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions beyond our reasonable control.

-Participants are responsible for adhering to all safety instructions provided by The Slow Fashion Hub and exercising reasonable care during the tour. Failure to follow instructions or engaging in reckless behavior may result in incidents for which The Slow Fashion Hub is not liable.

-We strongly recommend that participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, personal property loss, and other unforeseen events.

-This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes arising from or related to the tour or this disclaimer shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Perth, Western Australia. By participating in the tour, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

6. Conduct

-You agree to respect local customs, laws, and the safety guidance provided by the tour leaders.
